Practice Advisor
Engagement can be done on a 3, 6, or 12 month basis
- Review of staffing, scheduling, clinical and administrative tasks
- Implementation of protocols and systems set for for clinical and administrative departments
- Weekly management team review with all clinical and administrative managers
- Weekly management, operations, and production meetings with Doctor
- Mediation of staff disputes and resolution
- Monitoring of staff PTO consistent with office policies and procedures
- Monthly staff meetings
- New staff onboarding for 30 days with follow up reviews at 60 and 90 day mark -Periodic assessments of staff to identify any training needs
- Manage practice Standardized Operating Procedures
Staff Assessment
KHPM will assess each staff member to ensure each members skills are being utilized to the full potential. This is accomplished by in person observation, interviews and assessments.
Management Team Coaching
KHPM will provide coaching, training and support to team members who are transition into a management role in the practice.
